Where to promote ourselves?

Hi all, I'm new here this is my first time posting
We all know we are not allow to work juat yet.... But I'm just wondering what to do to promote my service, i finish my course during lockdown and then another loockdown hit us so couldn't get any clients. Where are the best options to wain new clients? Where to post or should I say what works better for you?
