Hi I'm currently a beauty therapist. Though I've just recently trained in acrylics.

I started off my 1st few sets with naio nails which I fine so so wet and hard to work with.
Which acrylic systems do people recommend? Andy any tips for a newbie?

naio nails is brilliant if you get the ratio correct, watch kirsty meakins on youtube she has some videos specifically about the ratio which is sooooo helpful. I use cjp which is brilliant, not too wet but not too dry, as with every system it takes practice and getting used to, they do a try me kit which is useful to see if you like it http://www.cjpnailsystems.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=62&product_id=122
glitterbels is amazing too, hope this helps :)

I’ve tried several different brands and I’d recommend cjp. It’s great for starting off as it’s easy to apply and file. Great range of core and colour powders and is reasonably priced.
It’s a drier acrylic but it still self levels and goes on easily.
