I'd go for the 9/38 as mentioned above, 9% on the roots to lift though xx

Hi thank you for asking! In the end I just used bleach as she had so many warm tones already in her hair I didnt want to make it too wishy washy. I took it to a white colour which broke the previous colours up beautifully. She really liked it. I saw her today and was so impressed. Thanks to all geeks from happy geek x
