Which color for chestnut?

My client want chestnut highlights, I normally only cut her hair she knows I'm not a color expert, so my question is should I go with a 7bc or 7rb? Our salon uses matrix color. And her natural level is between a 3 or 4.

You have to allow for the warmth that will be exposed as her hair lifts 3-4 levels. I would not be choosing such reddish copper tones, as those types of tones will already be present.
What shade does your client consider to be "chestnut "?
Everybody's interpretation is different.
Has she picked those colours from your chart or ?
