Which gel to choose???

Hi can anyone recommend a gel system to use. I don't know anything about it but recently got a scratch magazine and seems to be a lot in there about coloured gel to use on toes as well as hands??

What is bio sculpture like?? Does anyone have any recommendations?? I am looking for perhaps a coloured gel I would use?

I can only do silk/fibreglass at the moment so would it be difficult to convert to do a gel sysem too??

There are so many gels out there - some soak off like Bio, some buff off like say Brisa.

Personally I have never seen the point to coloured gel as if they want to change the colour then you have to remove the entire gel whereas with varnish you just remove and repaint without actually removing the enhancement.

If you have the Scratch article then contact the companies you are interested in to get information on training etc.

Also put Gel or Bio or Calgel or Brisa into the search on here and lots of other threads will come up for your perusal.

hi becky if you use the search option to the top right hand side of the page you can search information on anything from different gels to doing gel courses.i say this because there have been lots of threads recently about these sort of things so im sure you'll be able to find loads of info.if your still unsure or have anymore questions then just ask.x

if you like the idea of a soak off colour gel, look at lechat nobility. its very similar to biosculpture but has a much lower set up cost.

you can see some examples of it on my blogspot. theres also a free training event coming up too. you would be very welcome to attend if you would like to see and have a try with the products. lechat have a buff off gel system too and a l&p acrylic systaem. the details for the free event can be found on my blogspot or on the lechat social group here on this site.
