Hello Everyone,

Im new to this site so bear with me. I was about to enrol in the 4/5day nail course at the Carlton Institute, but looking on here it doesn't sound like it's worth the money.

I have been doing nails for the last 6 years on and off - I learnt from another nail tech, and have done an essential nails home learn course. Now I would like to get formal qualifications so I can get insurance - but like most of people I work full time, thats why I thought the 4 day course at the Carlton Institute would be perfect.

Could anyone reccomend a good training school. I see lots of you have mentioned L&P and Creative, but I can't find them on the internet. Any information you are able to assist me with would be great.

Thanks

I trained with a company called EzFlow and they have courses to suit most people. Like you I work full time and needed a course that was outwith my working hours. I was able to do an 8 week evening course where I went once a week for 3 hours. The training I received was excellent and everything was thoroughly explained. The products are also fab to work with and they have some really great fun products. I'm not sure where you are based but the EzFlow distributors I trained with are based in Glasgow. Their contact number is 0141 886 6168. I'm sure they will be able to advise you of what training is available in your city. Hope this helps!
