if you have white tips would u use white acrylic over the top or clear ?????

i always use clear hun Hth

A good way to pratise doing your smile lines is to use your white product on top of a white tip though! But as Liza says clear is the usual way. HTH

I prefer to use white. I just like the way it looks when you look down the barrel. I think its a personal taste. I do though have a couple of clients who want clear and I do that for them no problem.

xxxxxxxx

If time is an issue just use clear. But as Issy says using white powder over a white tip really is a great way of practicing your smile lines and it does give a much nicer appearance when you look down the barrel of the nail.

thank u very 1 i will give the white ago 2morrow x x

well just to be awkward, i always use natural on top of white tips.

i was shown this by an educator and have done it since. it allows the white tip to show through well so that you can benifit from the convenience of the white tip, but it just takes off that plasticy manufactured look that they can have. i do the rest of the nail in pink.

My nail instructor in college always made us use white acrylic over white tips. I didn't understand the point then, but maybe she was trying to help us work on smile lines.

well you learn something new everyday, lol. Ill try it now that way i can practice my smile lines :)
