why did my clients solglo tan not develop??

hey ,
ned some help badly!!! i did a solglo spray tan the other day on my client i used skin drencehed soloution which was adaqaute soloution for her skin but the next day she did not even turn at all. we both follwed full tanning procedures and still nothing happened. i have rang solglo and they r stumped to!
i re sprayed her again last night and she has only slightly developed .
any help would be ace

Hi - That's very weird!! What pre tan instructions did you give her?

Also what aftertan advise did you give her? If she washed too early or exercised etc then the tan may have come off but that would leave the tan patchy or streaky but would still have developed because it tints the skin as soon as it's sprayed on to the skin so its a strange one. Has she had spray tanning before? if so what product was used on her before? It may be the solution is off or something?

did you shake your solution bottle before you sprayed? i havnt trained yet but from comments ive seen on here someone said the DHA can settle at the bottom so if its not mixed in then the tan wont develop properly. xxx
