whats going wrong why does my ombré always go warm . I'm a level 7 with not much warmth to my natural hair . I normally have full head highlights . I decided to have a change and do ombré so the roots needed to be stretched . Even though ash dark blonde was used there is still a warm cast to it . How do you do an ash ombré ?

It is whatever the colour they applied is the problem, if their using too high a vol with an ash it's lifting therefore revealing warmth, go get a second opinion in a different salon :)

I was even thinking maybe if they mixed like a pure grey in with it ?

Maybe they put some sort of warmth in to try and stop it going green?
