hello
i'm wondering if you could give me your opinions on advertising on what you wear?

i've read the debates about tunics v polos etc etc and nothing at all is selling polo ts to me, so me wearing that isn't an option. my question is after reading alot of people say having something wrote on their back (of their t shirts not tunics) gets alot of attention, do you think it would look cheap if i had (professionaly done of course) my business name and what i did with website address onthe back of a tunic (instead of a polo)? not sure if it is even possible to have things written on a tunic, but i will investigate. just wanting to know if you have seen it before (i haven't) and what you thought/think?

Why dont you have your business name on the front and perhaps an engraved badge saying, tanning technician or whatever?

A lot of tunics have a crease in the back to enable us to bend and move around freely during our treatments so I dont think it would sit very well on the back also from a personal point of view I wouldn't like my business name and what I did on the back of my tunic. For me it wouldn't feel right.

Clients know what treatments I carry out from my advertising and my certificates plus price lists.I don't feel the need to have it on my clothing that I am a beauty therapist etc,I wouldn't have enough space anyway lol:DThis is just my point of view. Each to their own cherub x

hello
thank you for your opinion!

yes i would def have something wrote on the front too, i remember at college we were told to wear name badges as it looks more professional. i guess the fact i had to ask if it would look bad should really say alot shouldn't it? :\ though it's always best to ask for professionals oppinions, at the end of the day you all know far more than i do about the whole industry including what looks best to wear. first impressions really do mean alot.

I dont like it.I do think its ok to wear a badge say a babtac badge etc or a product badge but i dont like the t shirts that say' i do nails' etc
