Would you say this is 8/73 or 8/3?

Client is naturally an ash level 7.
Have bleached roots level 9.
She gave me a picture of her hair extension and say she wants her hair dyed to this color.
I am thinking to either use 8/73 or 8/3, what do yall think?
We carry Wella but I can buy other brands if I want to...

I'd say more of an 8/3, the shade used to tone her hair, will also depend on her colour and underlying tones in her hair too :/
