I'm not so sure with the bright green but you could get a similar effect x

This pic has been posted in a thread on here before and was discussed then. I will see if I can find it.
I seem to remember seeing the photos that were taken as it was being done and the colours in those did not look as bright.

I used cream puff underneath, cured.
A blue additive on one half then blended the yellow on the other.
Top coat to finish 

That's the blue blended with the yellow isn't is? x

There is already a thread on this picture from when it came up in Scratch.

There were various suggestions as to how it can be created.

I am going to have a go with pigments.

Have a search for the other thread, there were two already and they got combined, I know because I posted one of them!

Ah yes if you can find the other thread that would be good.

Blue and yellow will make green but I'm not sure it would be fluorescent like the green in the picture x

There has been a number of threads on these fab nails, but I still can't find out exactly how they were done and with what product. Some are saying Gelish Rio collection and others are saying various powders. Does anyone know who originally did these nails so we can ask him/her?

I have done something similar using neon acrylic powders x

I wanna no how to do these I love them :o)

I have tried to track the picture back on Facebook, but I can't get anywhere.

Come on, someone must know who did these nails originally and exactly what they used. Stamps feet, I want to know!

I've done something like this before with Gelish. I used the neon colors from the Rio collection. I just sponged them on, overlapping the colors. I used the pink, yellow and blue.
