lifting can be down to how youprep your nail, and mybe ratio when you are picking up your beads, here is a link to the young nails website, there are lots of tutorials on there from nail prep, ratio and applying in the reverse application, great to sit and watch over , each one a few times, then practice with the tutorials in mind, here's the link, hope it helps xx ruth
Zoe, you must be doing something wrong if the acrylic is lifting at all. I have used nearly all the big brands and Young Nails acrylic is the best I have ever tried with no lifting whatsoever!
PM me if you want, it seems a shame that you are not getting the best results. Are you using Protien Bond?
Just watching his work and seeing the free training he gives on that site makes me want to support them and try the L&P line! It seems that others don't have allot of help and how too info on their sites, and if you want training in them you are out of luck unless you live where they train.
Thanks for the site info! I think i might give them a go after I run out of the CND i just bought! lol
If you watch the vid you will see that it seems to be a MUST for this product. it is a sticky primer and helps the L&P stay on. I wold not skip this at all. It is so much more then a primer.
hi. youngs was my favorite stand at pro beauty at excel. what beautiful nails the girls were doing.absolutly amazing. im dying to do a course with them now.
U must must must use the protein bond... it isnt really a primer... more a double sided sticky tape so to speak.... if u brush it over your hand... leave it for a min and then touch it u will feel the sticky tacky layer...
U need 2 coats of this before Acrylic or Gel.......
x
Does anyone know if Young Nails has an academy? I just got my license in May and am looking to further my education on Nails and have decided I want to go with Young nails after reading all the replys to threads people have written about them. All I see online when I am reasearching classes is onesy twosy classes here and there for them. Should I just call them diresctly? Do they certify for their classes after you have taken them? Sorry for all the ?'s but I dont have any Nail mentors around.
I wouldn't hesitate to do training with Young Nails, I passed their foundation acrylic in December and have never looked back. Fantastis service, great after care support and great products x
