Your gona kill me but iv lost the message that was a step by step resizing pics help

Hi,im so sorry to be a pain but iv looked to find it i think valention nails helped me with it but now iv got spare time do it i cant find it.She did a step by step thing on how to resize my pics as they are too big too post on here.
Can anyone shed any light on this please sorry to be a pain again,slap me if you want:cry:

Right i think i understand what you mean but now another question is

Do i do this only when i want to put to put a photo on here as iv got loads of pics ill try n do 1 now 2 mins
