You're making me have second thoughts!

IF and this is a very big IF, I decide (ie: have my mind changed) to stay at college.... (at this moment in time I am very much wanting to quit, but you guys are swaying me!)

would anyone be able to help with my assessments?

you all know how worried I am though and how I lack confidence, this is why I think I should quit

I have way too much to do, no clients and no confidence. This is why I want to quit but everyone over at the blogs advise me to 'muddle through'

We can only do clients on mondays between 9.30am and 4pm (4 appointments), tuesdays from 1.15 to 4 (2 appointments) and wednesdays from 10am til noon (1 appointment). My friends aren't reliable, my sister works and my mum can't walk up 3 flights of stairs and she's terrified of lifts.
My boyfriend is the only one who is available.

See my predicament? (is that the right word lol)

I know how you feel. When I did my NVQ it seemed that there were so many assessments to get through and there just wouldn't be time.

Then someone came in and wanted their underarms, 1/2 leg and top lip done and before I knew it I had 3 ticked off in one day.

Don't give up until the last minute. I actually finished early in the end!!

This is a great idea,
put some through your neighbours doors too with the price list on so they can see what a bargain they are getting,
and put them up in the local shop windows,
ladies toilets in supermarkets and local pubs (ask nicely first lol)
come on girl you can do this, don't waste all that time you have hated at college, at least get some return from your bad time :hug::hug::hug:

I sympathise with you, I know it can seem overwhelming at times, you could ask friends to ask their friends and family, if anyone would like to be a model. I think it would be a shame if you did quit, and you would be REALLY chuffed with yourself if you endured it!

I think most of us have the same problem trying to get clients for assessments i even persuaded the post lady to have a pedicure last week, tryed a friend this week but she said she's got a verucca, gets more stressful as the weeks go by, but don't give up .

You definitely need to do a thread in chitchat re getting models... do it as soon as poss hunny, then GO FOR IT!

Dont give up hun. It looks like if you have alot to do.
Best thing to do is to try and get 1 person to do most things on. Like the waxing for example, you can wax their legs, then armpits etc. Understand?
Tell people to tell their friends as well.
Send out loads of text messages to people offering FREE treatments...

I've just got myself in a massive mess, they may not even allow me back, as I told them I quit today.

I hate waxing with a passion and I really cannot bring myself to do it, but if I stick with it then I HAVE to do it.

I have been looking into that free NVQ training thing on the Nail Prof threads though, which could possibly work for me... no waxing with that one!!

but bolton college is only 30/40 mins at most from me, so im sure i could help you out with some of it babes

put a post on for models as Sandi said, and get some leaflets around your neighbours offering free treatments for models, im sure people will respond,

we all want you to succeed , but you have got to want it hun, otherwise nothing we say will help you
