i have just been watching some vids on youtube because im ill,cant sleep and bored:sad: and im lost for words.
one girl on there did a tutorial on acrylic application. Not qualified just does her own nails to save money.
Well to start off i thought i thought she might be quite good she seemed to know waht she was on about and then she mentioned the word ebay and hong kong. she gets all her supplies from a supplier on there from hong kong.
she sat there filling her natural nail away to rough it up as she said. blended tips that did'nt need blending and allsorts of things that are a big no no.
then to remove the acrylic she said soak in acetone for 15 to 20 mins and then pick the rest of with a tip or whatever you have got.
these so called tutorials can do more harm than good.
dont get me wrong there are some brill vids on there about nails but that was not one of em.
sorry needed to rant about this has anyone else seen a shocking nail related vid on there?
