Zips for finger nails

Hi all,
I was looking threw some of the web sites and on one of them cant remember now which one but one of the techs had cleverly designed fingernails with zips on them, so the nail looked like it was being unzipped.

My question being, where does one get small enough zip parts to do this design, I loved it so much that I just would love to try it out, It would be easy to airbrush the actual zippy bit but the zipper looked like it had been attached? I think the web site was designs for you. I did e-mail them but to no avail.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
