Am I right in thinking that hd brows are tweezed/threaded/waxed/cut and then defined with a brow pencil?
Forgive me if I am wrong but I was told in training that once the eyebrow was waxed or tweezed no make up should be put on the area for at least 24hrs.
Has it now all changed?
Can those of you who are trained in this area please advise.
