Hi, I have recently started using hot wax for eyebrows, lips etc.

It is just not pulling the hairs out! I have tried it at different temperatures, thin, thicker..

Does anyone know why this may be?

On the brows etc make sure there is not too much of a lipid barrier with the jasmine oil. I find that I use my wax slightly thinner and when I apply it I press it in really well before I remove. I also find you have be a bit quicker as its only a small amount of wax and it starts to set if you dont get it on quickly.
