Hi all. So I have a lady who's nails on her toes have started cracking right the way across about 2 mls from her cuticle. Underneath there looks to be new nail growing. Its happened on 3 so far. Any ideas on what's causing It?

I've just done a lash lift with a brand new salon services kit. And there was literally no lift. Both solutions were left on for 13 minutes. She had fair and straight lashes. With no products on on them. Any advice?
