Adhesive tabs

I don't know exactly what they are called. For example the adhesive tabs that come with Lee press on nails or any other fake nails shall we call it.

Could someone direct me to where I may purchase just the adhesive tabs in the US?

I bought some a little while ago from NBSI here in Ireland and they were by ProNails which I know has UK and US distributors so you might have some luck there.
