Advice needed please!

Hi everyone.
I have been salon based for a few years now and have thought of offering mobile aswell. I have a few people ring up and ask if I offer this service. I just wondered if anyone else offers both and how they find it, does it work? Any advice would be great. Thanks everyone x

I have been mobile and now have my own premises. I personally wouldn't offer mobile. The way I see it is that my rent is being paid for my premises, and if I'm not here, what's the rent for? If I had a full/part time member of staff and we could do both - and she wanted to, then maybe, but I wouldn't do it myself. If business is slow, and these people don't want to come to you, maybe you could offer them an incentive like a first booking discount. Just a thought!
