Hi I am currently employed as a beauty therapist at a salon where i am really busy. I am wanting to make the next step up and rent my own salon.
I have viewed a few salons in West Yorkshire area but none have been right. I went to view one yesterday and quite liked it - it is only small, reception area which has space for nail station, reception desk and sofa etc and a decent sized treatment room plus an area which could be used for spray tans and a toilet.
The monthly rent is £495 plus all the usual utility bills and phone line etc.
I will be doing all the treatments but ideally I would like to rent a chair to a nail tech part-time as this would bring in more money.
This is all very overwhelming so any advice appreciated on the rent amount etc or any other advice in general - thank you x
