hi, really in need of some advice here.......my hair is really long, and the top layer of it is highlighted (and has now become overly bleached).
The main of my hair underneath is in a good condition, although some of it was highlighted a couple of years ago, and was over bleached, and is now breaking off quite badly. SO, to summarise, i would say 80% is still good, but the other 20 is really badly damaged.
I dont want to get a huge amount cut off, when its only partly damaged - but i really cannot find a good enough conditioner to try and help.
SOme i have tried have ended up making the un-bleached hair really greasy.
would going to my local hairdresser and having conditioning treatments, help?
