This is my first year of trading (I'm a teeth whitening practitioner working out of salons and spas) business has been steady and November was an absolute bumper month but all the salons I work with keep warning me about how dead everything goes Jan -March.
I'm really starting to panic so wondered if anyone had any tips for increasing business during this period.
