Average wage for beauty therapist - Ireland

Okay so I'm about to take on my first employee...and i am unsure of what the going rate is...hourly.

I previously only worked as a nail tech so i dont know if this is the same rate or not.

I’ve added Ireland into your thread title because;
1. Minimum wage here is slightly higher than in the UK and
2. I think wages are slightly higher in general, €11-€15 an hour basic plus commission from sales for a recently qualified Beauty Therapist.
