Beauty therapy refresher course

Is there such a thing as a beauty refresher course? Where you can go ok it for a few days and that learn u new techniques? Keep u up to date with new laws etc!??
I want to stay at the very top of my game! So by doing that I want to go on regular courses.. But just wondered if there was a whole refresher course available??

I know they dont do one for nails not sure about beauty alot of the new techiques are usually short courses mostly private companys habia might have some info
