Bedfordshire Geeks, advice please?

Hi Geeks - I know this is a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' questions but if there's any geeks from Bedfordshire or surrounding areas could you let me know rough weekly rental prices for a hair station, nail bar & beauty room within a salon??

I have tried asking a couple of salons but 1 didn't rent space & only employed staff & the other was reluctant to tell me, perhaps I worded my question wrong?!

I don't know if this will help but i am a beauty therapist, i provide all my own products and pay 25% to the owner of the salon, she does offer another package where she charges i believe £9 per hour or £40 per day to rent a room, she provides a couch, towels, couch roll and tissues but that is it.
