Best day for open evenings?

can you guys tell me which day has been the most successful to hold your open evenings, we did a Wednesday last year which was successful but have been told Thursday's are better days?

i am opened until 7-8 every night. with time a pattern emerges, where you can see which nights are not worth being open late. every area is different, hard to give advice. some mondays i stay past 8, some thursdays i close at 5. what gives

We did one on a Monday which was shockingly bad.
I definitely think Wednesday or Thursday are better.
Our only other one was a Tuesday. The turnout was okay but the weather was hideous.

Our previous Wednesday was a good turn out but a lot of people seem to be saying Thursday so we have decided on a Thursday, hopefully it will be successful! Thanks guys xx
