best paid jobs in the beauty industry?

hi everyone just wondering what the best paid jobs are in beauty?
i'm a therapist at the moment and although i love my job i feel i dont earn enough for what i do, and for future plans i need to be earning more.
i dont want to run my own business
i dont know if to look into beauty sales rep jobs or teaching?
what other things are out there and is anyone on here any of the above or anything different?
