Best strategy for charity night?

I was thinking of putting a appointment form in the nursery that the charity nights being held in, is this a good idea or do you think it'll be restricting? Just to remind incase incase anyone didn't read my previous post i'm doing mini mani, mini pedi and basic nail art.
