Best time to do it?

I qualify on the 22nd October to do gelish and then I'm setting up my own mobile business, should I contact the insurance and that before so I can get straight to work as I have people waiting for me to qualify x

You can call the insurance company up the day you want to start doing mobile as your insurance will start on that day plus they will want to see your certificates
