Hi everyone,
I had my nails done with BIAB and gel bottle.
First appointment nails were all great.
Second appointment couple of days after underneath free edge of thumb nail started feeling sore and become really dry and flakey and thick.
Now a week on it’s not looking good (please see pics warning they are not nice!)
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Thank you

As far as I'm aware, TGB bases and builders are known to cause allergic reactions.
Once it happens once, it could trigger an onset of reactions regardless of what brand you use. So you need to get an allergy test to see exactly what ingredient(s) you are allergic to so you know what brands you will be able to use in future.
The worst case scenario, if you continue to use products with ingredients in that you are allergic to, is that you won't be able to have your nails done at all, so it's best to get it sorted early.
You should definitely also look at the FB group Nail Tech Awareness, which was created because of the extreme reactions The Gel Bottle was causing.
Hope this helps x
