Billing and Client info System?

Hi there,

Im soon to be opening a Laser/ipl clinic,
Is there any specific software that you use to keep a track of clients records ie. Who has had what treatments done and how many.

Bills, Payment system etc, Calender - Do you need one that links upto GMail??

This is all new to me, so any advice on this would be fantastic!
