Bleach again or bleach bath

hi i did a clients hair we bleached it and then i toned with color touch half a 10 and half a 916 (which normally comes out fab for me)
she had called me to say its too beigy and she wants it lighter
im thinking maybe i didnt lift it enough with the bleach before i toned?
anyway should i gently bleach with 3% to lift it more or bleach bath and would i do that with 3 or 6 % ?
she had shoulder lenghth fine hair and want to keep the condition as much as possible

Personally i would just bleach with 3%. Bleach works as a catalyst so 3% would be sufficent. Just check how many levels of lift your going to want and then adjust the peroxide acordingly, mabye if its only 2 shades of lift try using 1.9% and leave it on that little bit longer
