I have a new client and she has platinum blonde hair and wants no tone of yellow, and she also has hairdream extensions in. She came to me because she moved in the area and was looking for a salon that did hair dreams. the first time she came in was very stressful i do not have any platinum clients and i ended up bleaching her hair a few times because i was very anxious about leaving it on for too long i used matrix v-light with 20 vol. no toner (probably because i bleached so much) when i did her roots then it was after i removed her hair extensions. she's coming in, in about 2 weeks and i would like to be more prepared and relaxed (she will have extensions in this time) and was wondering if anyone had any tips or how they do their every 4-5 week platinum blondes! any tips will help!
