Does anybody know, is it o.k. to use boost, being the last resin over generic silk? Also, when doing the stress strip, should you stress first then resin then silk whole nail or other way round - full nail silk first then stress - does it matter?

Any answers greatfully received.

Boost should work just fine over any silk.

Full silk first then the stress strip ... otherwise you will get air pockets.

Thanks so much for your reply, I thought it was o.k. but your the pro!

Would the first silk after applying the resin over air dry or should I activate before applying stress strip?

Any answers please?

If its dry after doing all 10 dont activate ... if it isn't then do.

If I am using generic silk with the boost to finish, do I really need a stress strip as well? or would the boost be good enough?

Thanks for your help.

Really depends on how heavy handed the client is, this is something that is decided at the time of service............
So it all comes down to consultation, visualization and then deciding on the application....
