I have been offered a chance to have braided hair extensions from a professional for only £90 in return for me agreeing to my before and after photos being displayed on her website.
I have short bobbed brunette hair just below the jaw line. It is very fine as it is still recovering from 2 pregnancies quite close together and a lot of stress which caused my hair to shed. (I have been taking Nourkin to recover my hair).
Will this type of extension damage my hair or pull it out. (I cannot afford to lose anymore hair!).
Also is it really high maintenance? I can't afford to pay for specialist products. Is baby shampoo and conditioner ok to use? Can I get a non-expensive appropriate brush. Typically, how much does it cost to get them taken out.
The hairdresser told me that it would take 3 hours to fit, cut and style them, so she must be competant. she told me that they would last about 8-12 weeks. Will they look really scruffy as the hair grows?
Will the braiding restrict my own hair growth?
