Brassy roots :(

hi i have brassy coloured roots and a nice white/grey colour on the rest of my hair i went to my local salon services and purchased wella's colour fresh 0/6 followed the instructions and it hasnt done anything for my roots they are the same colour as before the rest of my hair is lighter but my roots are horrid any help would be much appericated

also why is this product not working?? or am i doing something wrong? :s

What do you use on your roots/hair?
Did you take the colour fresh all the way through? or just do the roots?

the live home hair kits which made the roots a brassy colour so i put the toner on that didnt work.

yh i put the toner on all my hair as the instructions said that :s

been using that silver shampoo and its gone more blonde now but still not matching my hair

If it was the live XXL it's horrible stuff. Why not go to a professional? If you keep putting XXL on your hair you are going to wreck your hair hun. x
