I'm having brazillian hair extensions put into my Caucasian hair, I've been told there the highest quality you can get? Is this correct?

It's a personal preference as to what people class as the highest quality hair.
Everyone has their favourite suppliers, as a general rule if you can afford to I tell people to go for hair that matches your natural hair type. Caucasian hair is finer than Chinese for example so Chinese extensions would not look as natural as Russian or Mongolian on someone with Caucasian hair type.
Brazilian is supposed to be pretty versatile in that it can work in a lot of hair types.
