Brick wall

Hi All
We have been in business 18 months we have a cabin in the garden and also offer mobile treatments. But we seem to have hit a brick wall we have doubled our client base but we dont seem to be adding anymore, we have about 5 clients a day on average. We offer a wide range of products facial massage tanning waxing minx shellac man and ped + some holistic. We have done the usual leaflet drops facebook and a website we know really need to expand any ideas?

sounds like you need to work on your existing clients rather than attracting new ones. if you have 5 clients a day then work on upselling treatments and products to them. anything you can do to get existing to pay more .

do you have a card machine??this can make clients spend more rather than handing over cash! gifts wrapped nicely especially coming up to xmas are also great. if you could add an extra £5 on each clients spend it will soon add up!

what about loyalty cards to existing clients??5 treatments and they get £5 off, it may make them come more often. or recommend a friend scheme, incentive to introduce you to a friend??
