Brunette to blonde???

I coloured my hair a few weeks ago, and I used a home colour by loreal and the coulr is darkest brown. I really dont like it as much as i though i would so now want to go lighter, not blonde as such just a golden brown, is it possible to use another lighter home colour to lighten it or would i have to use bleach.

HI lollipop,
Best advice -go to a professional hairdresser to get it sorted out, if you try to do it at home, it'll just go from bad to worse. I cut a clients hair recently who had done the same thing and her hair felt like chewing gum and it was really patchy darkbrown/yellow and orange - not a good look!
If you can't afford to go, i'd just stick with the colour it is, please do not attempt to colour it yourself. hth.x

Hi-another colour won't lift it (tint doesn't lift tint) I wouldn't recommend bleaching it yourself,best getting a professional to do it xx
