Hey I was wondering if anyone can help. I’m a mobile hairdresser and my friend got her hair coloured at a salon she goes to and is to ashamed to go back with what they have done. She has asked me to do something. Has anyone got any suggestions? I havnt seen her hair in person only received these pictures today. She said that she has had an all over colour and these blonde highlights. Any recommendations of what to do or colour would be great. I normally use Wella koleston. I just don’t want to put a brown over the lights as it will got muddy. She is also happy to go to a chocolate brown all over Please help

What does she not like about it specifically? What was she going for?
She completely hates the colour and wants them completely covered in a chocolate brown.
