Business plan

Hello!!

I am currently working on a business plan to start my beauty salon, but am finding it more daunting that I expected. Have any of you done business plan for your salons? I would much appreciate your insights or any suggestions for getting started and getting the right data - ie market size, estimated revenue, etc etc.

Im the same, im due to qualify in june and would like to set up a mobile business that can then be taken to a beauty room and then hopefully have my own salon. I have no idea where to start or what i need to look into to start a business
