I've been offered the salon that I am employed at,
It's a huge opportunity however I need to be able to do this by the end of the week.
Absolutely Everything comes included in the price
Any advice

Why the rush?

Sounds like you're danger of being railroaded into something without doing proper due diligence.

My advice - take your time, run the finances under the eyes of a good accountant, get a solicitor involved - all the basic stuff someone would do when buying a business.

It simply cannot be done by the end of the week.

I'd be very wary of being rushed into such a big commitment.
Definitely get everything checked out legally by a solicitor. It's not like buying a coat from the shop and taking it back for a full refund because it doesn't fit.
Once you sign a contract, you're legally bound by it. If you're signing a lease, you will likely also be liable for ongoing maintenance and repair costs etc.
