I used to have dark brown hair but am very grey now, well I would be if I let my natural colour shine through. I use box colours and am gradually getting lighter and lighter but it is a slow old process. I want to be blonde so that when the grey roots grow they don't look quite so conspicuous. Obviously there will always be regrowth but I'm thinking the lighter I go the less it will notice and it will mean that I can go longer between colouring. It is getting that way but as i say its a gradual process.
