 I am going to introduce nail art, I have done a few designs but have been delaying introducing them as I have no idea of what to charge. I have looked on many nail tec sites most of which say "nail art from £5" so this does not help £5 per what, full set, per nail?

Any ideas greatly received as I cant wait to get painting, great fun!!!!!!!

I find it really hard to justify chargin because I love doing it so much...but I charge from 25p rinestones. Flicks and a rinestone would be £5.

More fancy designs go up to £10 -£15. Just use you judgement, but don't undercut yourself.

Mosaics and metro I wasn't charging any extra for different coloured tips, but have decided to add £5 to a rebalance cost for a different colour. i.e. I charge £25 for french rebalance and £30 for mosaic alternative french.

Hi ,
when I worked in a salon the nail art was very expensive, but now that I work from home, I find that if I am doing just a few flicks then £2.00, if doing more intricate patterns, like flowers (not dot dot daisies) or chevron french in different colours/tiger stripes etc I would charge about £5.00 per set. With rhinestones added then maybe £7.00 depending on how many I used. But I must admit that for my oldest (not in age) clients, who have come with me if they are not having much I do it for free, as they are my best advertisements and usually have some of my cards in their purses. hope this helps.:D

The key is, make it affordable, my nail art costs from £5.00 - £15.00

I charge: one colour 50 pence per nail base + one colour 60 pence per nail
two colour 60 pence per nail base + two colour 70 pence per nail
three colour 70 pence per nail etc

I charge 50 pence for gems or 30 pence if used with nail art
Really wacky stuff I charge about £15.

Have this displayed and then they know where they stand.
Hope this helps x
