So my model has bailed last minute, my class is tomorrow ahhh! Will it be a problem that I don't have a model? Should I let them know tomorrow morning in advance?

Thanks!

I'd ring your EA in the morning. Sometimes they can supply a model for you or you can work on another student

My EA is Nicola Horsfall from Leeds -Where do I find her number? Thankyou for the reply

Sorry I don't know. I presumed you'd had some contact with her as you're booked on the course.
Probably best bet is to call S2 in the morning and they should be able to put you in touch with her

Is it your first day tomorrow? Because you don't need your model until the second day, maybe give you time to find someone else.
Hope you manage to get things sorted

Ring s2 first thing. I did the previous conversion course so not sure about the timings etc of the new course, but we needed a model an hour into the course.

It's just a conversion guys so it's just one day! Does anyone know what their opening hours are? I'm getting the train so I'm going to have to get it around 8am, if they don't open until 9 & they tell me that I can't do it then it's going to be a wasted train journey. What a nighmare!

EDIT: Lines open at 8am, thank god! Thanks everyone

Hopefully someone from the office can step in. Or you may be able to share a model? You only work on one hand painting 2 colours and 2 French or at least that's what I did. Good luck and enjoy.

I did a shellac course last year and didn't have a model so just did my own hands. It wasn't a problem at all so hopefully will be the same for you x

Thanks for the replies everyone. Unfortunately I haven't even been able to go, been up all night with sciatica so I'm currently sat in A & E :(
