Hello,

New to this site and very impressed by you all; some great threads...

I'd love some advice as not sure how to move forward. I have a therapy studio offering different massages and chemical-free beauty treatments but am aware I'm losing custom because I don't do nails.

Because of the new 3-free nail formulations I'm looking to bring someone in who can do hands/feet (natural nails only) - and possibly threading/make up or other things I don't do - but realise I have a couple of options:
a) rent a space out at a flat rate per day or week or
b) take a percentage of their takings.

I plan to provide the products & promotional materials etc and IMO the taking a percentage is the obvious solution as this would also be a risk-free option for the person doing it, but from my research it seems most people rent out the space so am I missing something and how do I know which to go for; is there a determining factor?

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks!
