I was hoping someone could kindly advise me, I am currently putting together a handbook for staff and wanted to include a complaint policy procedure and was wandering if anyone had any advice.
Whilst I understand each complaint is individual and may be dealt with differently I wanted to put in a standard step by step procedure for. e.g.
1. Investigate the problem.
2. Tell the supervisor
3. Offer to re-do the treatment.
4. Refund

I'm sure the above is all wrong I was just hoping someone had a step by step procedure for staff to follow.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.:smack:
